There are at least 2 different radius arm frame brackets. One is a bit lower than the other. I would use the lowest one, or maybe fabricate your own. There are 'C' bushings available with different degrees of rotation in them.

I think it will wind up with 4" of lift by welding the coil pockets on lower than they were on the ford but I doubt ford owners lower the brackets with a 4" kit maybe they replace the bushing where it clamps on the axle? I know you want a 10degrees of kingpin rollback to drive great .
