Finally lowered my C20

A big thank you to all who have answered my questions over that past couple of years about lowering my 1968 C20

I ended up using C10 springs as getting C20 coil springs shipped to Canada was more than I handle.

2" front
4" rear

I measured the top of the fender openings before and after. The front dropped 1.5" and the rear 4".

Truck rides better with the C10 springs.

The biggest problem I encountered was with the front ballpoints. Took some time to get it to cone apart. That is when I had a problem. The lower control arm would not clear the brake backing plate. Most things I read while researching this said it should. Well it won't on a 68 C20 with front drums.

I also decided to paint the wheels and remove the hubcaps. The wheels are painted a flat green.

Time to wax it up now and park it for the winter.
