Wiper Board or Switch?

Wipers work fine and then sometimes they will go from intermittent to low on their own. Sometimes they will not shut off and will almost never revert back to intermittent cycle on their own. Really erratic behavior.

Read several old thread but didn't find this problem. I had the humming and not working issue previously. Resoldered the board and it fixed that issue some time ago. I am leaning toward the board being bad but the switch is an aftermarket so it makes it suspect too.
