1970 C60 Clutch Fork/Linkage Repair

Hey y'all -

I've got a 1970 C60 dump truck that the clutch linkage broke on. I think I'm getting close. There's a bottom cover on the bell housing that I found and removed so I can see both sides of the clutch fork as well as the throwout bearing and pivot ball. I think I need a clip for where the fork attaches to the pivot ball and/or spring tabs where fork attaches to bearing and maybe a return spring too. I'm also confused on how to secure the push rod to the clutch fork. I have the pushrod nut that seats against the fork, but I can't figure out how to secure the rod in place on the other side of the fork; not threaded and no pin hole..

Any advice, diagrams, reference links welcome.

Thanks!
Sarah
