Lightbulb lowering rear on 72 1/2 leaf sprung rear

hey i would like to lower the rear 5-6 inches on my 72long box leaf spring truck i was wondering if i have to do a c section on it if i do a axel filp ? how much drop would i get ? the plans for the front are 2.5 drop spindles and 2 drop coils
if anyone has done this and could give me any help i would love it .


does anyone have pic of their lowered truck
