Why no fuse for the Parking Lights?

Hi all, bare with me while I try to explain this dilemma. So I am wiring my 1954 frankentruck focusing just on the lights front and rear at the moment. My wife got me this really nice color wiring diagram and it confirms what was there on the truck when I got it, which is only two fuses, one for Tail Lights and the second one for Stop aka brake lights. Fair enough, good so far.

However how come the front parking lights, you know the ones below the headlights, how come they don't get a fuse?

Per the American Wire GM Style Headlight Switch YouTube video we learn that the "modern" headlight switch contains a built in breaker, but is that only for the headlights?

Logic tells me that when I add my reverse lights I will also run them through a fuse, just like the tail lights and the brake lights, but again not sure why they didn't fuse the Parking Lights.
