It’s not siezed

I drug my 71 Suburban home last year after inheriting it from my dad it’s been sitting 10 or more years, it’s got a Targetmaster crate motor, I pulled the plugs and it rotated no binding or stiffness, next step is to replace plugs, wires, cap, rotor, HEI, flush oil pan and radiator
Still not sure about the Carb I need some advice there.
