A friend found a '69 CST in storage

Here's the story:

It belongs to a guy, evidently a millionare, who collects cars. He's got a 4 story warehouse in Louisville, Kentucky that he keeps his cars in. Yeah, he's got an elevator thats big enough to take cars and trucks from floor to floor. Anyway, the guy's got a 1969 CST, blue, factory buckets, factory air, 350 ci. Supposedly the truck has been sitting in this warehouse for 13 years. The guy wants $12,500 for it. The truck is blue and we don't know what the miles is yet. I think it might be worth 12,500, but also it might now. If its been sitting for 13 years, all the bearings and seals will probably be out of it. The motor may not even turn over. Also, even if its a really nice truck, the entire thing would have to be taken apart and repainted to make it a top notch A-1 show truck. 12,500 is an aweful high price to start at.
