Yep, the fuel pressure regulator with the vacuum hose on it is a give away.

Where is your fuel pump mounted?

This is my daily driver so I'm not mounting a pump or filter yet. Not gonna do the 5.3 till oct.

Today I got the filler door and plumbing in. The door was easeyer then the tank was.
Question- there is a ground wire that is on the 07' filler neck. Dose that need to be grounded, or can I snip it off?
