Everything is looking great, especially the engine! Did you just weld some alluminum tubing on the valley cover and press in the factory oil fill tube?

That is correct,I had the machine shop machine the hole in the aluminum tube , then welded it to the plate I had made, then hammered a factory tube into it. Hope this makes sense?

I had already painted the valley plate before I came up with the idea for the oil tube

Here is the mock up.....made the piece out of wood first,but I couldn't weld it Next time I would like it to look more like this but oh well next time
