Sorry, can you guys explain this wiring problem? Which aftermarket fuse boxes come wired backwards?

The flasher was not working and would just stay on when I used the turn signals. I am using the EZwire wiring harness with the flasher unit that hooks directly to the fuse block. The wires for the flasher must be switched on the fuse block. I don't think this would usually matter but I am running all LED lights. I also have the flasher unit for LED lights.
