Re: Vintage Air Sale

Ordered a kit from them 3/28 and they still haven't shipped it. Spoke with them on several occasions and they say the Vintage Air rep misplaced my order. Trying to at least get them to overnight it on their dime if it ever ships but haven't gotten a reply.

Your order was placed with myself on 3/28/13 and on 3/29/13 at 7:13 am your order was placed with our Rep at Vintage air.You called the shop on 5-6-13 and spoke to our office manager and you were asking her if she remembers your conversation with you on the order being misplaced.Today you spoke to our office manager and asked if this can be shipped next day air to you.She told you she cannot authorize this at all and have to check. Our rep is not in today at VA and on wed I will call them and see what we can do for you.

On april 25th 8:01 am you said in a e-mail >>>>Thank you for following up,I understand mistakes happen. If you can please send us a notice when it ships a tracking # if possible.

On aprl 25th 9:01 am Our office manager e-mails you back with in a hour and says Thankyou for understanding we send you a tracking number when it ships.Have a great day she says.

I do not like airing out info like this you call me at the shop if you would like to at (805)485-0382

I will have some more info for you on wed for sure

Thankyou,
Justin

I won't post any more on the subject. I will try to speak with you on the phone, but every time I have called I have been told you were out.

Re: Vintage Air Sale

I'm looking for a VA kit for a 1972 Cheyenne with factory A/C. My heater core has sprung a leak and the original A/C is just so-so. Thought I might want to upgrade to a VA kit. Price and availability please.

Re: Vintage Air Sale

Is Vintage air the only company that makes kits for the 73-87's?
I've got a 86 cab with (non working) factory air but my front clip is a 73' therefore the core support is different. Could VA create a kit to fit this?
it also has a 454.
thank you!

Re: Vintage Air Sale

I would like a price for one of the gen IV kits. I would like to use my stock compressor from a 97 vortec and the universal hose kit so that I can run all of the hoses through the fender so that they are hidden. I noticed that the heater hoses are also supposed to connect through the firewall, is there a way that those can be hidden as well?
