all you have to locate is the stock bracket from the origional motor, which is a self adjuster. no carb rod is necessary (at least not on mine)

Advisable to get it adjusted by a pro. THey will use pressure guages to set it 100% correct. The TV cable does mor than just kick down to passing gear, it controlls clutch packs and fluid pressure too.

Use a 350 turbo bracket with a universal TV Cable. I bought all of the fancy stuff from Bowtieoverdrives and my transmission man laughed and told me to send it back.

Mine is a Holley piece for use with a Holley carb. It was like $16 from Jegs or Summit. Night and day difference between this and the cobbled together bracket I had before. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

67 LS1 SWB - got a part # for that gizmo? I'm currently running a 700 to a Holley carb and you can only imagine my setup. That part in the pic looks like a life saver. Noticed your throttle cable is rubbing on your intake though. Small price to pay I suppose as long as it makes that 700 run right.
