If thats the case and thats the truck in the picture, and you know what your looking at then I'd say yes. The owner of the truck has more in his truck than you are looking for from your 01. Even though that is not the correct year bed on that truck. JOHN

That's the only thing that's kinda working against it (provided it's as nice as he described.

I had a truck with a late model bed and prefer the fleetside. He has assured me that the frame has not been touched at all and that all the parts used were excellent quality. A/C works, heat works. Has a late model truck bench in it also.

We'll see on saturday morning when I go check it out
