Wow! I really like the look of that bed with out the stips.
How is the wood attached from the under-side? The steering wheel is great, too!!!

The previous owner had just attached a plywood bed in place of the original wood one.. As seen the above picures we had to cut a hole in the plywood bed floor for that extra inch of clearance. So.. I decided to be cheap and buy 8ft cedar fence boards cut them down and use finishing washers and black 1 5/8 wood screws to attach the cedar board on top of the plywood.. Total cost $35 bucks at Home Depot!!! Who knew they sold truck parts..
