Muffler Size Differences

Ok, I have decided on a pair of Dynomax super turbos. I have to decide between case lengths of 14" vs 20". I'm going with 2.5" inlet/outlet, my engine is all stock, using ram's horns. The rig is a '73 long bed K20. All else being equal, is there any real difference in the 14" case length vs the 20" case length?

Thanks.

Re: Muffler Size Differences

The shorter the muffler, the louder it is. I don't know if theres a performance difference though between those sizes.
