Cool truck. It has Sea Ray boat decals on it and some boat type vents on the fender so the owner must have had a Sea Ray he towed with it and built the truck to coordinate with it. How much has been pulled off of it?

Never seen one of those, it's a shame it ended up there.

Re: 1968 sea ray conversion duelly truck!!

It is just as the pics show as of yesterday when the yard closed. It is open today.

the engine trans are 396 and a turbo 400. Looks like a Dana 60 rear??

A guy told me he thinks someone did customs for people who pull boats. There was a lot of work done on this truck. It had custom gauges replacing the originals but someone grabbed the speedo already. Not sure if the engine is original. I know it has a 73 454 intake on it. The vin stamp on the pad says code TFV which I can't find any reference for.

Kind of like a "yenko" truck!!

haha . . . no but it has two boat seats in the shell in the bed that connected to the cab with a boot.

One strange truck for sure.

Did GM make a duelly version for 1968 gmc trucks?

Maybe the boat had Chevrolet emblems on it. No,GM didn't make any dual wheel pickups until '73.
