Quite a bit, probably the main thing is not to be afraid to take a machine polisher to your paint. Take your time, keep the pad level, don't worry about the small areas the pad doesn't fit in to. Tape off your cowl vents and other areas that you don't want the wax/compounds getting into. Make sure to use a clean towel for each different product, that's a few of the things i remember. Been wanting to go back but just haven't had a chance. I think after one more class I'd feel a lot better about doing everything
