Size: 70.9 KBHello all, several things to try and move here. Many are for parts or structure if you need to patch an OE panel. Will ship depending on what/how you want the pieces. Feel free to make offers or tell me I'm crazy! Many things were not used because of their condition, but someone may be able to use a part of an item or try something with no risk; that's the only reason I don't throw them away. I have more pictures if you need.
Primer tailgate: $40
Rusty tailgate: free to a good home
RF fender: $20 was a 68, patched marker light, ft and rear lower sections replaced, 90% flat, epoxy and high build primer on it
67 RH Door:$20epoxy and high build, bottom shell replaced, lower skin replaced; there is a 1/4" bow in the outer skin so I did not use it.
67 LH step fender: free, would work for a spare tire patch panel if you need one, bottom is rotted out, I cut out the marker light patch, willing to cut spare tire patch and send that to you if you want
67 Hood: free, big dent in RH front noze, front lip is rusted out, work for a patch panel if you needed one, frame is solid
67 LH Door black: free, you can see the rotted spots, would work for a cut piece or patch somewhere
67 RH Door blue: free, same as above for pieces
Vent Window seals: $15, new
67 RH vent window assy: free, needs new rubber
67 LH vent window frame: free, needs rubber, assembled, and welded stud
68 RH vent window frame: free

Re: Misc OE body parts

See, that is why we never throw things away! I'll try to go in order here. Note that I will be traveling till Friday so might be difficult to get back to you quickly. Nothing will go out of order as I have been on that side of the street too (not here).
Voodoochild and rusty tailgate. Just to be clear, zoom in on the pics and you will see rust holes. They could be filled but they are there. I sandblasted the gate and that is why it rusted; will come right off if you can blast it. Checked shipping via UPS today and they came back with about $15. If you are good with that I'll get it on the way. Send me a private message and we can discuss on the phone or something.
MadnessBigBlock: vent seals, they are yours. I will get a shipping quote tomorrow to you. Have the boxes from my other ones. I can send the other frames if you want them as the one side has a broken stud. Somtimes experimentation leads to perfection on the piece you really want. Let me know and I'll give you the shipping cost tomorrow I hope. From there PM me and we can get things worked out.
My71Pickup: I believe a 68 will go to a 71. Note that the marker light has been patched and will not be straight. Unless you have blanked yours out I think I would pass. Let me know.
rkintn68: the letters are not perfect and do have some pitting as they are originals. I am fine to take them off and let you know how it goes; many times the nut studs snap off. I'll soak them down tonight and give it a try over the weekend. Now that I think about it I have another set of them downstairs; know some studs broke off but I was not intent on saving them either. Curiosity, what are you going to do with them? Do the studs matter?

Re: Misc OE body parts

rkintn_68, the set I have in the basement...there are only 4 letters with all studs. I'll pull the letters off the hood this weekend.

Re: Misc OE body parts

Brett, looks like a rough estimate for the vent seals is less than $10. I will get them boxed up and make sure; either Friday or Monday (traveling till Friday)
Major_Tom321 estimate came out at $20. Let me pack it up and make sure. Again, Friday or Monday.
From there I can send both of you a PM and we can work out the details.

Re: Misc OE body parts

rkintn68,
I have a full set of letters after combining the two. The chrome is pitted as is some of the metal; studs are workable but not in great shape. I won't sell them to you as I do not think the condition is saleable. I would ship them to you if you want, just pay for the ride. Let me know and I can get you a cost.

as an option, I bought a new set from Classicparts.com and they look really nice. Not orriginal, but nice.
