I was wondering how low you could get though with that set up. I don't care if it lays frame. I noticed the porterbuilt set up is cantilever and the 4 link has hiem joints. I was curious is it had the hiem joints because of the half shafts pushing outward at a level plane? Would it bend the links without them if it were at level plane. And also if the fenders need to be modified with the half shafts at level plane on a 54 truck.
