quick seat question

How hard would it be to fit this bench (after i get it upholstered hah) from a 1994 1500 chev in my 1986 c10?? i need to know if i should buy it or not- i want to keep a bench in my truck- but an arm rest is nice, better than what i have... so i really want to make this work. any help would be great please

You will need to cut the side brackets down and modify them. I have a 60/40 seat out of a 93 in my 74. Mine doesnt have the armrest but its comfortable and was worth the effort. Reason for cutting down the side brackets is the floor has a raised hump where as the newer trucks dont. Good luck.

You actually need to add a 1inch square tube across the front, otherwise it will lean forward.

That's how mine was done, mounted to the stock sliders. that seat is definitely worth the effort.
