The th400 has no bearing on the size of the cable. Like I said they are all the same. The different part number listed is for 67-68 trucks, which use a pull handle to activate the e brake as opposed to a pedal.

The intermediate cable is different on TH400 equipped trucks as it attaches to the trans crossmember instead of using the rods that go to the frame. It is not necessary to use this setup when using a TH400 but it is "correct".
