58 passenger vent window repalcement

I bought the passenger side replacement window from Auto City. Whats the best way to change it? I was thinking breaking out the old glass and siliconing the new one in? Anyone every changed one before?

I ditched mine for a one piece window. I believe the vent glass is held in place with sealant tape. If you goodle "vent window setting tape" a number of sources show up.
