Re: Guilty Customs teams up with WellBilt Kustoms to build a 67 C20

for this build we were looking for smooth lip for rim and the stepped lip just doesn't fit our need for this truck build...so guess our loss....someone else's win...

Carl, man I got the first set of wheels, now your selling the second set. This build has to be getting expensive. The renderings look awesome. I think my truck will be close to the original renderings since I have orange wheels now.

We're running a new billet steering wheel and as you can see from posts here a 55 dash. We'll be running stock instruments on both sides (driver and passenger) with an insert center dash for some gages.

Hey everyone, it's been a while since we've posted pic's but promise this weekend we will. Engine is dropped in frame, along with tranny and new oil/gas lines are made. So stay tuned.....we're moving the build along for sure....

Re: Guilty Customs teams up with WellBilt Kustoms to build a 67 C20

UPDATE: we have changed directions on this build, and have an opportunity for someone to score a great purchase. We're selling the custom boxed frame and suspension off of this truck build. It will not include the engine/tranny or wheel/tires. But will include all suspension components for front. We will sell this chassis, for 2800.00. As you can see through the history of the build, it is highly modified and already powder coated. Save yourself some headache and money.

Re: Guilty Customs teams up with WellBilt Kustoms to build a 67 C20

mannyb, i've already sold the chassis and cab. engine/tranny goes into another build i'm doing (a 53 GMC), but at another shop! Air bag system, as well as whatever i can salvage from the 67 will make it's way to the 53. Other parts i'll be selling off too if i'm not going to use...like cowl hood (new), etc....won't say anything on this forum on what happened at WellBilt but just know i'm extremely disappointed in work ethic and how this build was handled.

What are you looking to get for the cab? Send me a PM if you aren't comfortable putting it here. May want to post over in the for sale forum too.
