The problem with the bags isn't the supporting of them on the arms but the twisting motion of them being offset. There are a couple of treads on here that cover it in detail.

One thing I am not sure on is.. Will I need to get a steering shaft with a U joint in it if I raise the steering>?
Thanks in advance for your time,
My crossmember on my 66 was raised 2 inches as well. I will take some pics of the steering set up. I forgot if there is a u-joint in there or not (I got it that way). You will have to notch the frame to clear the steering though.

Re: 64 Chev C10 Slam (Noob Style)

I made a bracket to mount the new switches I got thanks to Newfishers info, Im in the middle of switching all my lines out to stainless braided and putting my new sideplates on also, Cuz im waiting on Performance Online to get my lower front bag adapters shipped to me to finish my front end.

The last pics was just me seeing how much fun stuff I could get in one pic hehe,

Ok im headed out to finish running the air lines now have a good day.
