1968 Side Trim hole location reference pics ? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I am working with my painter to put CST trim on my 68 short fleet. The truck didnt have trim on it originally. If you have reference pictures of how the trim sits along the lower body line originally, or maybe pictures of the holes with the trim off (?) .. just thinking during paint or an original two tone truck.

Anything will be appreciated.

Does it sit below the body line a little? I just thought it followed that body line but I'm not sure. It seems the 1/4 " or so is consistent all the way around the wheel well and the trim fits the fender perfectly. .. I think this might be right, I just want to be sure
