Another possibility is to get just the hvac box from vintageair.com and use the rest of the Tahoe system. You would have to have the high/low a/c hoses custom made to blend the two together. Might work...?
I still have the floor and firewall. I'll look and see if I can make part of it for. I really didn't want to go the vintage air route but I may have to. Thanks wade.
