IMO, if the lazy return to center doesn't go away within the warranty period, I'd be talking to the builder...before the warranty is up. A billion+ vehicles have not had this problem,when new. I think that something is wrong with it. The paperwork saying that it is "adjusted perfectly" is just that, paperwork. I hope that the steering starts returning to center normally.
