Cargo panel material
What are guys using to make up your cargo panels with? Built the bed up with the tops of old rusted out doors, so stock material want work because there gonna be taller.

PVC board 4 x 8 sheet about $100 for 1/2"...also comes 3/8" + 3/4" and it's paintable.

Possibly at Home depot, or other building supply, Azek is a name brand I used smooth on both sides, photos on post 21 on my build page.

I used textured black ABS plastic sheet....3/16" thick with push-on vinyl edge trim and aluminum "J" channel at the top

I was looking to use HDPE - 1'8" thick. I believe 1 sheet (4' x 8') can be cut down and will cover both sides - haven't measured to be sure though. Waterproof, available in white/black, etc.

The only thing with my build is I've built the bed up so its probably 3 or 4 inches taller than a stock blazer. I like the idear of 3/16 thickness and also in red. Is this out there guy's?

Komatex (PVC board) can be had in 1/8" or 1/4" thickness and comes in red. If you have a sign company local to you they could order in a 4x8 sheet for you
