Looks great! I wish I was better at body work. I would have saved myself a fortune.
I read about your dilemma on the side trim. I went to ebay and purchased extra plastic adhesive pieces, and I ordered some more small black screws that match the original screws. I plan on going the adhesive tape/screw route at this point.

Although, since you are still in body work, you could make some Cardboard or Construction paper templates of the trim with the holes marked on the paper & drill them like that? They would be easy to tape to the body & line up.
