got the latch area reworked it took alot of time and work to get the door to shut properly

also got some work done on b pillar I dont have a metal break
so I cheated and went and bought a piece or square 3x3x16 gauge tubing.
This worked out well and fit perfect and will be very strong.
There is alot of details Im skipping so Ill just post alot of pics!

almost welded up just alot of grinding now

Yea for some reason I think the door is going to be easier then the b pillar
I guess thats because if I screw up the door I can just go get another one!

use 2 doors... it makes it easier. I used 2 doors to do the 4th on my suburban... my brothers truck will be made from 3 doors by the time I am done with fab.
