That is a hydraboost unit from a early 90's 3500 chevy. You can get them from a astro van also, it is a cheap and easy mod.

Good build. Are the rear bags supposed to be helpers, or will you run those and triangulated four link? If you do the four link, consider slam RE8's. They run about $70 per bag, have 8.5" bellows, only require 120psi to be fully extended, and are a whole lot smoother ride.

I have about decided to stick with coilovers but I appreciate the suggestion. Air ride is begining to get played a bit in my opinion but I still think it is cool.

It is not "played" it is used allot for the added comfort of the ride and the playing with the switches is just an added bonus!:Lil:

I like it don't get me wrong but I like it better on another persons ride. I want to be low and that is where I am at so why bother?

I think the same way. I drive it/keep it low all the time & don't care for the 'frame on the ground' @ the fairgrounds trend. But (another one of those).... air sure is nice when it comes to changing tires or getting a jack underneath the vehicle.

Hard to tell in the pics but I am glad that we did this more than anything so far, " I love it ".... Still a lot of welding and grinding to do but I think it is going to look sweet

And to anyone who thinks I should have bought a truck just keep your opinions to yourself please.

I also got me a front tire for mock up on the 18x10's which is a 255/40/18. That tire is 10.2" wide and has worlds of clearence.

Looks fantastic! Allot of people are not going to know just what all was done to that "truck" and that will be the fun part.
Couple of questions for you.
1) by laying back the windshield, squeezing the A pillars in and not widening the top do you think you will have a problem getting glass to fit in their right? What are you plans for going about this?

2) It looks like you had to cut the B pillar area to align with the door and the squeezed A pillars so do you now need to change out the window tracks so they are also in line? I am probably thinking way to much into this but I can't help my self. You got me thinking
