I have their setup on my GTO and loved it so much I bought another for my C10. You can look at page 4 of my build thread if you want an idea of how it looks. The swap/comparison starts on post 90. It was pretty easy to install.

Thanks for the info on the hydratech. I think I'm just going to do a conventional setup. A few more parts in today. First the, EFI harness from BPAutomotive. Just pulling it out of the box, it looks like a really sweet setup. I also got the fittings to connect the rack and pinion and the ps pump. I should have the lines done this weekend. Pics!

Illuminated spinners? Neon light strips? 14 18" woofers? A salt water fish tank?

Project ADD is a serious illness that affects thousands of us every year. Maybe I can get a government grant to study it....

Sorry for the slow updates, but you guys know how it is, . We are making a little progress. I bought a new core support because I couldn't find the patch panel to repair ours (under battery tray). That worked out fine because it allowed me to start fitting the Hills tubs and and power booster. The wifey is gone this weekend so we're going get some misc stuff done (such as mount the radiator and get our hoses figured out). Hopefully most of the test fitting will be done this weekend.

Re: Project "Shifted"

Glad to see y'all are getting some more done!
Cut backs on overtime at work has limited my fun money however I did manage to get my 67 stepper lowered with a better stance without spending to much while improving the handling.
The preveouse owner heated the springs... Ugh!!!
Installed front and rear sway bars from the salvage yard...
It's like a whole different truck!
Thanks for sharing your builds! He must have been showing a great deal of money for you to even consider selling your gold truck?

It was a lot.....I am probably stupid for turning it down.....oh well. My son said if it's worth that much now, it will be worth that much later on....who knew a 15 year old had that much wisdom..... Glad to hear you made some updates to your truck. What did you do for a rear sway bar? I need to add one to my gold truck. About the only design I really like is the hotchkis one, but of course it's not cheap....

I got my sway bars from the salvage yard the front froma suburban and the rear from a I roc camaro I also used the rear springs!!! It all works great and is hidden. For you I would suggest Brothers sway bar set! They are gold and would look best on your truck! They are affordable!
The bars on my 72 are Hotchkis and yes they are worth the money. 1"7/8 bars front and back.
👍

I have a big CPP bar on the front. Do you have pictures of the rear Hotchkis bar on yours? How hard was it to install?

Ok! here are my pictures of my front and rear bar on my 72.
My rear bar on my 67. Its hidden well, the bar goes around the front by the drive shaft.
I drive the 67 daily and i want it to look the way it does...(dirty)
sorry about the poor quality pictures.
easy to install the 72 bars.
The 67 had to have 1" spacers on each side and new 3'' U-bolts.

Here's the mastercylinder and proportioning valve setup I bought for the boys truck:

Not cheap, but I want to make sure the boy can stop well!

Do you have a location picked out for the ECU and fuse box for the engine yet?

Not quite yet. Still fitting a few things. I got the booster, Wilwood M/C and proportioning valve installed and I did pick up the new bed for it yesterday. PICS
