It's been way too hot to be out working on it!

Sorry I missed your call, spent Saturday running around southwest Missouri looking for parts for Brad and my cell didn't have reception half of the places we were. Going to work on it some today since i am off and Kyle is going to be by tonight to do some more welding.

Here is my thought for the sidemarkers...made a template. Lettering cut out and mounting the light behind it somehow. The fronts will be easy to do the light. Lets hear some opinions!

Looks really good so far. Bondo comes with the work done right, isn't that big of a deal. Only when it's obvious years down the road. Wish I had just some of Kyle's talent and abilities.

Progress might be a little slower than usual for a bit. I was in a car accident Monday afternoon, got rear ended test driving a customer car at work. Messed my back and neck up quite a bit. Went to my doc yesterday and will know x-ray results tomorrow. Going to see a lawyer Friday, the insurance adjuster is trying to rush me into signing a release (of course) but I am not signing squat until I am back to the same health as before the accident. It was 100% her fault and now I am screwed up.

Sorry to hear that. Definitely hold out if you can. I agreed to a settlement but still have neck and back pain from a similar accident...that happened 10 years ago....

The settlement just covered my medical bills up to that time so I've just toughed it out since then since I can't afford the treatments....

LOL! No pics, my cell was at the shop, wasn't planning on being away from the shop very long. Wasn't a lot of visual damage to either vehicle. I was in an 02 PT Cruiser smacked by a 97 Suburban driven by a 72 year old woman.

That's why I am going to hire an attorney, I was completely healthy prior to the accident and that's where I expect to be.

I actually hired a reputable attorney who was highly recommended for personal injury cases....the problem was that I ended up settling instead of going to court which was my only other option.....(and would have taken too long for me to get the money back to pay my bills)

Also, they took such a high percentage that it made it to where I probably would have been better off just settling with the insurance company myself....

....but if I waited for court they told me I could have expected to have won between 200-400K for me and my wife together because we both had long term effects....I just couldn't take the risk of losing the case and ending up with nothing to pay the bills....

Wow, a lot of sh!& going on in my life right now. Got a call from my sister two weeks ago informing of the death of her 16 year old boy. Drowned while swimming in Lake Pueblo, in Colorado.

Spent a week out there with the family. Seems like the only time I visit friends and family in Colorado is for funerals....that needs to stop!
