Yes the ones that came with the kit would not work with my setup. So I had to fab up my own, such is life...

I got the drivers side 4 link mount welded up last night. I also welded up the bars last night too. Now All I have to do is the mounts to the axle for the drivers side, and the new watts link assembly. I just need time to get the metal cut and get it mocked up. Maybe this weekend (if the wife let's me...)

With your wheels on, How much room is between the frame and the wheels. Just trying to get an idea because I'm gonna run stock inner wheel and then later go to semi wheel whenever I find 2 more.

I would say there is a good 5"-6" clearance between the inner wheel and the frame rail. As you can see by this old pic looking down on the bed as I was mocking up the rear there is a ton of room. Clearance is not a big issue on this truck. Thankfully there is enough room there to run bigger suspension components without any issues.

Oh yeah that is plenty of room. I'm gonna do a six link and was wondering for bag placement for rear links. It sucks never being near my truck.

Haha I will lose track otherwise! I have been bouncing back and forth on whether I should use my 3/4 14B as delivered or make it C&C width with my dually hubs. My wheels haven't been faced and I am going lower than you so I will most likely have problems.

I had a local guy who in the same breath said he could face my wheels and that hes not sure he understands what I am talking about.

Looking good. How do you zero out the sensor when setting it up. I haven't messed with accuair yet.

It is right out of their instruction manual. They have the best instructions I have seen in a long time. Once you get a set you will see just how easy it is to set up. Then after you get them mounted you go through a calibration phase and if all is right with the world they work like magic!

The pic from above makes me think it would be possible to fab a notch that notches inward as well as up, like a pinch - notch, that would allow mounting the bags on top or behind the axle, yet still inboard of the link bars.

You can either draw one up or try and build that. That sounds like a really good idea.

Got the frame and the 4 link arms painted. So after they had a chance to dry overnight I installed them today. I like the grey against the black. I also started on the Watts Link today. This was as far as I got. Hope to get more done tomorrow.

I had to take back my hydro boost because it was sticking and I had to use my foot to pull it back up. It would make the brakes drag really badly. The new one came in today, so off the old one came, and now it is replaced. I figured while I was under the hood I would replace the upper radiator hose too. The old one failed during our trip home from LST, so it got a trip to the trash can, and the new one is now in it's new home. It's the little things that can drive you up a wall... Now on to the Watts Link. Gotta get it done because we have a local show next weekend and I want this big girl buttoned back up so I can slam it on the ground. That just sounds wrong doesn't it...

Nah...slamming it on the ground sounds totally right! :-)

Did you buy an aftermarket hydroboost or did the truck come stock with one?

It is the OEM hydro boost. The truck came with one, but I did a vacuum booster at first and that was not going to stop this beast! So back to the OEM version...
