Re: PO has me PO'd

I bought a master/booster for a 72 3/4 ton 4X4 as the 3/4 tons have a dual diaphram booster and they allow the brakes on my 4X4 Blazer to work effortlessly vs the hard peddle I used to have, now it'll stop fast enough it feels like your eyes are going to pop out!? I can get a part number if that'll help ya?

OK, thanks. Are you saying that you can run a 3/4 ton booster on a 1/2 M/C?

Thanks for the hello...getting ready to go play with the wiring harness, anything new in your neck of the woods. That was a pretty massive tearout on your frame, is it fixilble.

I think I know the reason you're burning spark plug boots...

I think it means cool... I like taking things that look old an giving them a "new" function like you did with the regulator. Can't wait to see it with the cover on.

I have been cutting, grinding, poking with a stick...etc. Still a little timid to dive in head first but I'm trying. I'm waiting on Jtrux to get his @ss to my place again to put my top back on. We didn't get it done over the weekend and I don't want to remove any more metal till it's bolted down.

I may have to put some heat sinks on the cover, heat and electronics don't do well in the same space. I'll wait and see if I blow relays. So as not to hold you up on the finished product, I'll cut out the clearance slot for the wires.

I was going to post up on your thread not to cut to far as you need structual support on the B post. Don't be timid, jump in there and start, worst that can happen is you'll have to buy another patch. Best case, no more rust, and your door opens and closes correctly. I'll be looking over your shoulder...

Lookin' great, every time I see a shot that includes those scroll letters, I wonder what you ever decided to do about a PCV.

Thanks...
Well, I think I got it... If i weld a tube of the proper diameter and lenght(to include an O Ring) to the VC, I can push the PCV valve in but not hit the rocker arms. Then with some modeling clay and saran wrap on the inside of the VC I will be able to see how much clearance I have for the diffuser.

After reading some threads on the truck side, I see how it is supposed to work

Or, do nothing and let the Offy's vent

Hope its nothing serious, would be a shame to keep a guy with your skills, who enjoys this as much as you do, out of the shop for too long.

Heal up quick!!

Mike, whats the dates. Thanks for the offer of help, but you have a lot on your plate rite now...this project will continue at it's normal snails pace

This is just the start of my health issues, seems like I've burnt the candle at both ends for to long. But the Mrs. is keeping an eye on this crabby ol' SOB, and according to her things will change lol
