Re: Billet Aluminum Dash Panels and Glove Box Doors
How about if you made a hole in the center to clamp it down? I will eventually be cutting out a lot of the center. I want to install a 2005 cluster in my Jimmy someday to go with the 2005 engine I am installing. I will want to cut out the center to frame that cluster? I am in no rush either I could wait until you do another batch?

Re: Billet Aluminum Dash Panels and Glove Box Doors
use toe clamps & double sided tape on it ... stop the machine as you approach the clamps using an optional stop or a feed hold ... remove clamp ... cut ... replace clamp

Re: Billet Aluminum Dash Panels and Glove Box Doors
I cannot justify doing one or two solid panels with all the mods I have to make to the program and the tooling without making the price significantly higher. And from past experience, most people won't pay the extra money.

I thought it would be less work? I would have waited until you did another run? Oh well thanks anyway

Re: Billet Aluminum Dash Panels and Glove Box Doors
Can I get one made with no head light and wiper hole in it? Also would it be possable to get it made with two 5" holes and five 2 5/8", one 2 5/8" hole being in the center and the other four at the bottom? If you can do it like that what would the price be just for the Dash? Thanks

Re: Billet Aluminum Dash Panels and Glove Box Doors
Thanks for looking into it. If you can't do the 2 5/8 than can I get one made with two 5" holes and five 2 1/16 holes with out the wiper and light holes? If you can do it how much will it cost?
Thanks
