Re: project -- the freak

went to the body shop and saw the bed and tailgate they did a great job prepping it filled the stake holes in and fix all small dings in the tailgate so with the extra work he put in and tonnuea cover getting painted ,paint should be sprayed as i type this out .tuesday it goes back to sonoma county street rodz for final adjustments and detail ,cant wait i got a class reunion coming up so i would like to roll up in it .found out the color of my truck is blood orange with red candy ,i told them to match it up best and close as you can .i can repaint next year

Re: project -- the freak

That would be a sweet ride to take to the reunion! Hey just noticed your fuel cell is the same ,well I think mine is a little smaller it's an 18gal , anyway I want to mount mine exactly like yours so do you have any pics of the mount for it ? Did you use angle iron across the inside of the lower edge of the frame rail? That's what I've been thinking I'll do. Thanks and keep on truckin that machine is awesome!
