Does anybody know how to find factory color codes with no glovebox spid?
I would have to go original. The colors for 84 are Colonial Yellow and Doeskin Tan, it is not a very common combo.

Thanks for the info! I don't really mind the yellow I'm just not sure about the tan. Doeskin tan is listed for up to 2012? But I don't think the color on this truck matches anything on a newer gm

Is that a staggard setup on the 20's and what is the tire size?

Re: That ugly yellow thing! 84 swb

Big block swap is almost done!!! Got my new carpet kit, headliner, nos grille, fat mat and some stereo stuff last week too.

The radiator shroud doesn't seem to fit over the new radiator though. I used the radiator from my 77 so i wouldn't need new cooler lines/hoses but it doesn't line up with the short style radiator? Guess I need to make a junkyard trip this weekend.

Motor is in and running! Had to switch carbs though, the quadrajet was leaking through the bowls so picked upon Holley street avenger 770. Still needs some adjustments but it runs pretty good right now. I'm loving the sound of the cam in this thing, I'd post a video but I can't seem to figure it out haha

Re: That ugly yellow thing! 84 swb

Thanks Joe

I had a few hours to kill today so I decided to change the carpet, seat cover, couple layers of fat mat. Next up is the headliner, dash, door bottoms, building some kick panels or center console, some 6*9 mounts and the rest of the stereo.

seat before and carpet

floors were pretty clean, I was hoping there wouldnt be any hidden rust. After a layer of fatmat.

And after the new/used seat upholstery and some floor mats

The big block is soo much more fun to drive!

It has changed a lot, the wife doesn't hate it quite so much now . I really want to tear it down for body work/paint but I would to enjoy driving it for a while.
