I received my harness yesterday and it looks great. The wiring is all labelled but I didn't find any instructions in the box.

I sent ya a PM with tracking info to sir! Your harness has shipped! Here's a sneak peak of your plug n play delay off headlight harness-I have the delay off pre-set at 30 seconds but the module has a diagram showing the range of delay if you wish to change it. Included are Delphi (NOT Chinese!) HD headlight connectors and 59-series terminals to update your OEM connectors to allow for a complete plug n play! Let me know what you think once you get er installed!

I'm new at all this business. Does this provide for the park lights, headlights and front side markers? By chance do you make a harness from existing firewall to the tail harness as well?

His kit is specific one designed to work with his existing wiring for headlights only however, I can supply a firewall out complete replacement harness as well. PM for details on what exactly you need and I can build to suit!

I pulled my wiring harness out today and was looking it over and getting a line on it before I install it and have some questions. All the wiring is labelled but I do have some questions. There are 5 steel bayonet connectors and I have no clue where they go. The red wire says "To Alternator Charging Post " again not sure what to do with that. Brown wire says put into headline switch or spice into blue wire, which blue wire? You did say in a previous post you send detailed instructions but the only instructions I received were for hooking up the headlight on warning buzzer and wiring.

Re: 1967-72 headlight relay upgrade w/delay off now available!

Do you have the ability to build a full Firewall forward harness including the horn, alt, etc with the factory plug to the firewall? ...of course with the added goodies of the delayed headlight auto-off, better fuses (to replace the glass), etc? ...and I'll pass on the conduit, not that it adds any cost, as I prefer to use the braided look split loom and friction tape.

If you can do all that, what's that going to cost me?

Also, can someone post pics of their kit installed? I'm curious where everyone is mounting their relays.

I sure can! PM me for a full breakdown on your engine option accessories so I can get a better sense of what you have going on. Besides providing a firewall bulkhead-out harness, I also supply a HD charging system integration based on your style of alternator assuming you're going with an internally regulated alternator-anywho, drop me a line and we can discuss options!

Cool-just drop me a line. I have a limited supply of the correct Delphi twin lock fuseblock terminals for those who are interested in a bulkhead-out style replacement front lighting/engine harness for those who wish to retain their stock bulkhead connector. Those terminals are NOT being reproduced by Delphi anymore so until somebody steps up to offer GM tooling based terminals, what's out there is IT for GM twin lock stuff.

Re: 1967-72 headlight relay upgrade w/delay off now available!

Needing a little help, I bought a harness from you early last year and now on the road. Everything works except low beams. Traced all wires out and no power out from relay to headlamps. Local parts house don't have relay with those numbers so are they available through you or what is the part number to order?
