Casey,
That is one sweet truck.
Perfect combination.
I am partial to short bed 4x4's but your truck makes me rethink this line of thought.
You get my vote for Truck of the month or what the heck:
Truck of the year.

Thanks for sharing the pics

thanks for the compliments, the truck was suppose to be a work truck. when I bought it I thought the paint need a little rubbing compound, but it was bad lacquer paint, the guy that painted it for me said he wouldn't paint it unless I stripped it, so one thing lead to another, and two yrs later it finally got done, it was a pretty easy restoration, cause it was in such nice shape in the first place, basically tear it apart, paint it and put it back together, I learned alot, I wish I was on to this site when I was going through the restoration, it would of saved me alot of time, I've read so many great tips that would of saved me some headaches.

I've told you before, Casey, that I like that truck!!! It is so well put together, that I really had to pay attention to the fact that it's a 71 or 2 with 68 side trim, and 69-70 grill. Chev should have built them that way!!! It is an awesome combination, and beautifully restored. Give your paint man my compliments on an excellent paint job!!

red71cheyenne some might frown on the fact that I mixed up the yrs but I always loved that 68 side trim and the 70 grill, I call the truck neopoliton, class of 69 the paint turned out awesome for single stage paint, if you seen it up close it would be a toss up weather to use that or base clear, I'll tell my painter what you said
