don't he a Hater LOL I;m a long bed man even tho my father always told me to if i come across a short bed buy for a steel buy it But I've always been a long bed man I still use a long bet to this day in my 1965 3/4 ton I Bet I've driven my truck further then some of you ever had trucks and i'm only 40 i got 790,000 miles on my 350 engine i replaced back in 1995 and my engine never saw a lite load in the scrap hauling business

I posted pictures of my truck somewhere in there, but I guess I'm disqualified now since I chopped the frame down to a SWB Here is a before and after, I haven't chopped the bed yet so its running bedless for now.

Here's my '68 that I have been getting road-ready. She don't look like much right now, but she runs like a top and, as they say, the brakes are good, and the tires are fair.







It too is a rolling/driving project now. Not a project at all, really. I just reliable transportation and will do what it takes to maintain that. I do see a quicky paint job coming up, and a few creature comforts. But for now, I'm a happy guy.
