Well not to much going on, sanding, sanding and more sanding. Almost have the frame sanded and prepped for powder coat.

Looks great! How many guys does it take to pick up that frame? Just curious as to how much it weighs. Also, who are you planning on using to powder coat the frame?

Thanks! and not sure of an exact weight yet, I do want to weigh it so I don't have an exact weight but 2 guys can pick it up but it's a little easier to move it around with 3 people. But as far as powder coat goes I think I'm going to use Aesthetic Finishers in Piqua,OH. They have a super nice set up there.

Piqua? That's a pretty good hike from Coshocton. But I guess quality doesn't happen just anywhere.

Me either! I really want to see it as a rolling chassis!

Hey guys I'm not sure if this is alright to post here or not, but I just entered my truck in the Auto Meter winning rides contest. Vote for my truck on there in hopes to make it to SEMA to sit on display at their booth! you can go to winningride.com and vote on there. It's under Calvin Andrews, Thanks in advance!

Re: Project: "just a little rust repair, turned LS2 swap"

Loved seeing all the pics of the build over there at winning ride. This truck has come a long way since you bought it for $200.

Not sure we get to vote...but you would have my vote if I could! Now get that thing painted so it pops like a show car!

I would love to see this car in person some time this summer. I may have already mentioned it, but you should come up to the Rod Run in Wooster!

Chad

Buckeye Ramblin' Rod Run is usually the third weekend in August at the Wayne Co. Fairground. They haven't posted the schedule for this year yet, but I'll let you know as soon as they do. Usually the show includes a cruise in where they shut down the main drag through Wooster and park and hang out.

I'll check back in at Winning Ride and vote if I can.
