Re: The '67 Burb Build Thread

well my accel coil took a dump, so i replaced it with a stock one i got for free from a buddy since i dont have the cash for a good aftermarket one right now. and since i dont have the stock cover to go along with it, and i like the look of the accel one better, i decided to paint it red instead of leaving it grey.... think i like it alot better red

crap..... now i need to either replace, or paint my faded red distributor cap red again or black, hmmmm decisions decisions.

Re: The '67 Burb Build Thread

standing back to get a first look at those two pieces
Name: Photo11122005.jpg
Views: 435

third piece added in
Name: Photo11122044.jpg

side view of hood slope to make sure its gonna look right
Name: Photo11122044_1.jpg
Views: 430

need to cut the center piece to make it shorter so it will match the two side pieces
Name: Photo11122053.jpg
Views: 433
Size: 77.0 KB

standing back to get an overall look to see if i like it.... which i do . now i need to attempt to tack it together for now with my crappy flux core welder, so that i can do some more cutting and fitting on it, then i will most likely wait to finish it until i get a better welder
