Re: Rav's 1979 C10 LWB Street Rod

I like how it is coming along. The red on the motor parts looks nice. A very good looking way to break up all that chrome. Nice decision.
$25,000?!?! Dang! Hope he feels it to be worth it.

Re: Rav's 1979 C10 LWB Street Rod

Got more goodies on the way.
Dakota digital
40/20/40 leather seat
New dash pad
door panels
Hydratech brake booster
headliner
bumpers
roll pan
grill
carpet billet interior pieces

Basically I got all new interior and all the things I needed to get it back road worthy.
I will have more pics soon.

Just so you know that is candy red powdercoat over chrome. Really make the whole assembly pop.

This is the seat that he ordered, same color with power lumbar and massage in both seats.. LOL

Re: Rav's 1979 C10 LWB Street Rod

I dont know if I can post a link but it came from a site called
discount truck van dot com (all together with no spaces)
The seat is called C10 and you can get many different styles and you just order the vehicle specific brackets that go with your vehicle.

Well so far very little will be touched. This thing just keeps spiraling out of control. He spent right at $7000 last weekend for the interior and a bunch of finishing touches. I wish I had found capt kaos site before he ordered from LMC. Kaos you have been added to our vender list and will try to order from site sponsors from now on.

As for the truck, we are about 5 days from firing this motor. The fuel system is lacking 2 fitting, the starter is in and will be wired tomorrow, he's gotta buy spark plugs and then we have to wire the mallory ignition. Hopefully I will have more pics up soon. And I will make sure I Video the 1st start up and the running and post it up for everyone.
