Re: Project..1962 Bel Air

hey guys i was welding on the car the other day and i think someone put some lead on this car. how can i tell. i was welding up some pin holes and burned the lead off. im not sure what to do. its above the wheel on the passenger side quarter. i welded up the bottom of it. ill have some pics up. anybody got any suggestions on the intake.

is that 292 cam to big for a 327?

the motor is on the previous page that we got its a
327 with 267/305 heads on it and a 292 comp cam and a steel crank .10 under flat top pistons.

will i be able to run standard gas.

i also have the original heads that came with the 327

Felpro, yeah gasket co. If your like me you DONT want that thing to leak oil everywhere! I used some cheapo cork gaskets for everything, ughh.

Re: Project..1962 Bel Air

once i get this pass rocker done
the driver should go really fast
then im gonna work on the floor supports
once i get those clean im gonna weld them in
and then drill all the holes in the floor pans
weld them in
then prolly pull the body off this spring pain the frame and ****
then install the drivetrain.. then put the body back on.
