Re: Bagged or Lowered on 15" Rally wheels?

Mine, static drop, not rallies but still 15s on 235/75 tires, which are too fat, what offset/backspacing and tire combo can i run so i can turn lock to lock while tucking?

Re: Bagged or Lowered on 15" Rally wheels?

My Junk. Current set is 3" drop arms, 1" drop springs in front and 4" shackle hanger kit in rear. 15x8, 4"bs corvette style wheels, police caps and 40s style trim rings front and rear with 295/50's at all corners no rubbing issues. plans are to drop 2 more inches if fron and drop rear to level it out. Plus adding 15x10 in rear.

I'm running 15"x8" wheels up front and 15"x10" (4.5" backspacing) on the rear. The rear wheels are wheel vintiques purchased from summitracing.com.
I've got 295/50/15 BFG T/A's on the rear, and 275/60/15 BFG's on the front. The front tires are a taller profile than the rear but I already had them on the truck and didn't want to buy new ones for now. With the front end sitting slightly lower than the rear the differences in the the tires isn't really noticable because the tops of the tires are tucked under the fenders... And no the bed is not tubbed. There's no need for it, the 295/50 plenty of room on a stock bed.

I'm also a little hesitant to get lower profile tires for the front because, with the static drop, I have to watch where I drive now to keep from dragging the lower arms.
are the wheels the 5 inch back space ones or the 4.5 inch backspace ones ? haha i want to get them for my truck but i want to make sure i get the right ones so i dont have to do any modifying to make them work , thanks !
i was also thinking about running those rims with 245's but now that i see you have the taller tires im thinking 245's might look a little too small . thoughts?

What size are the dropped spindles? Perfect stance on this and want my 87 to sit this way. I too have 8" and 10" truck rallies. 295/50s rear and going with a 255/60 front
