Looking real good. Be mindful of the "slippery slope"! It can REALLY get away from you, just check my thread to see how badly!

What paint will you use?

Re: my 57' build

got the frame painted today! tomorrow ill finish up the brakes, cut the plate of steel out of the bed, install rear shocks and remove steel lift blocks, and order cab and motor mounts. all the stuff to reupholster the seat should be here tomorrow too!
Dan, this project was turned from full restoration, to just getting it running, and now i'm doing a mix of both! the paint i used is John Deere blitz black, and it took about half a gallon for two coats.

Re: my 57' build

got the cab mounted back on the frame today! also got some new stuff in the mail. all new bushings for the cab, motor, bed, another steering column, and a NOS steering arm due to the "fixed" one. installed the seat, steering column, steering arm, and hung a door. ordered a wiring harness this afternoon also. tomorrow I plan on powerwashing my passenger door, and searching through the mess of buckets that i got with the truck for a door handle.
