Re: Project 78 High Sierra

I personally think its worth looking at.. It has a lot of good parts and that T5 (5 speed) is worth about $700 by itself and will be nice for cursing to bama to see your lady friend! haha

I wouldnt trust the guy as far as you could throw him. well i mean you could probably throw him far but you know what i mean lol... it could be a blown 351 sittin in that mustang for all you know. alot of deals say "as is" means no refund. id consider looking very closley at the engine when you get there. check for connecting rods hanging out the blocks side also.

Re: Project 78 High Sierra

Ok so now im torn...The green mustang guy said he would be taking a loss but would consider $4500 cash...It has little to no rust and their is some bondo on it....Im leaning towards the green one as I found out today I will be having surgery next week and will have to rehab for 9 months. Not sure I could even drive a stick due to my knee......UGH why!!!

Re: Project 78 High Sierra

I like em both, you can always drive your truck while the knee heals, and we can drive the stang for ya, so the tires don't dry rot or anything!!

Glad the spring loosening helped!

Re: Project 78 High Sierra

So its not like I would ever use phone #s or other information to FB stalk the hell out of someone to make sure im not getting ripped off...Seems the kid selling the mustang is legit and had a buyer fall through 4 days ago...But i think i know where the bondo he talks about is....I shall ask him "Where" it is and see if he is honest

Car was painted in 2011....
