Re: Project 78 High Sierra

I know the feeling best believe that man I'm one of the worst at it as well, the way I view things is if I have the money and I can I'm getting it wont be stopping me lol and well that theory has got me in a trouble a few times as well haha

Re: Project 78 High Sierra

Well it depends on the guy who is trying to get money i suppose. We wont be able to go until Sunday morning but we will see how things play out

The latest...

"I appreciate you being up front about the $4000 offer, but the lowest I could go is $4300. My wife is on my back about selling it before the baby gets here and she is already upset that I am taking a $1700 loss. I priced it below what most of the 68 mustangs on craigslist and ebay are in hopes to sell it better and reasonable because I have seen most of the ones on craigslist and they price them high to get what I am asking. Where are you coming from? I bought the car in Rome, GA and drove it home which is about 1 1/2 hours and it did fine. A little hard to handle but we took our time and got it home. I have a guy wanting to buy it this weekend if he can get the money together so if you are interested I suggest you come look at it soon. "

Or maybe no loan!

Even though it has engine issues this would be a nice one to have! Drop in a 302 and roll!

lol I can't say I blame you. I just want to know why he feels it won't make that drive. If its because of tires/alignment I'll understand.

Re: Project 78 High Sierra

Booo to the truck...Running wise it sounds fine but ever since my tire blowout the electrical has been acting goofy....Figured out the tach is causing issues...When it is hooked up the stereo turn on and off all the time..Kinda weird...Might be a ground issue on it so im going to have to investigate. Speedo got stuck this morning but then started working after a few...Thinking maybe the cable isnt in all the way but ill have to check that too... Gas pedal also seemed to tighten back up a bit...ugh Frustration lol

Nice!!! Looks good, hope they guys other sale falls through and you get it!! gah that's a little harsh but I'm wishing for a good cause so my good friend can get it!

off subject I just realized your signature says c15, is that just how gmc and chevy separated there stuff? cause mine is a c10 but yours is a c15 just wondering that's all man. I know you'll get your truck good and running no worries!

Re: Project 78 High Sierra

Well I know the generation after ours were the r10 and the 90's models were c1500/k1500 but I googled the c15 and read something on wikipedia I think up until 88 4th generation chevys and gmc they were the chevy c10/c15 on gmc side the officially use of the c1500 started in 88 from what I understood by reading it. I just say we have same trucks different logos lol because in reality that's the difference between mine and yours
